To enrol your dog at Citidogs, please contact us using the button above!

 

We will send you an information email which includes a link to our enrolment form to complete and submit, and as a reply to the email please send us a photo or scan of your dog’s most recent vaccination card.

Please read the information and check boxes on the enrolment form thoroughly, and if you have any questions please ask.

All bookings are taken by email.
